This field of study is meant for applicants who want to acquire a general view of animal breeding, plant production and mechanisation. During the study the students are acquainted with the complex area of agricultural primary production, business management and manufacturing of animal and plant products. Also included in the curriculum are the strategies that should lead to sustainable development of agriculture using economic instruments and technologies. The graduates are able to look for their jobs not only in regional agriculture but also in national and international domains. The graduates are awarded a degree of “Engineer” (Ing.) and receive a diploma and a diploma supplement according to the European Commission guidelines.
